Appartement situé dans une belle résidence, ombragée, dans un parc avec de grands arbres et bien entretenu.
Résidence bien placée avec accès direct à la plage et à 5 min d'un commerce.
L'accès à la plage au bord de la résidence et la piscine, le parking fermé et l'accès direct au sentier du littoral.
Lieu idéalement situe au calme sous la pinède piscine ds le club et mer devt avec. Transat
