Super location. Tram stop 1 min away. Easy access to Promenade de Anglais. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped and comfortable. David was a very helpful host. It felt very safe.
We had everything we needed and it was easy for 4 adults to be comfortable.
The property is excellent, secure gated accommodation in a superb location, as 3 ladies travelling together having a safe, comfortable and well appointed environment made our stay even more enjoyable. The outside courtyard is a bonus and fabulous for alfresco dining. Close to tram, direct travel to/from airport and other amenities, promenade one street away and supermarket a couple of doors away.
David our host was fast responding and helpful.
A lovely appartment close to the seafront and opposite the tram stop which was very convenient.

Decorated nicely , very clean . Excellent location , quiet , comfortable, secure. Everything you could need. Great host ! Amazing bakery just across the road / tram way.
