It was an absolutely charming stay from the greeting on. The accessible room was truly accessible, getting into it, being in it, and the bathroom as well. The location was perfect, with excellent restaurants and shops, and an easy walk to the river and boat tours. We were there on a freak 100 degree day and the air conditioning in the room was perfect. Everyone who works there is lovely, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. When our flight was cancelled and we were rerouted way earlier than planned, the staff sprang to action watching the kids while I hurriedly packed and had a taxi ready and waiting and loaded us all in safely. We will definitely be back!
