Property was great. The location was OUTSTANDING and the private beach was fantastic. Very well outfitted property, it has everything you need.
The location was perfect for walking around Talloires, especially via the footpath down the hill from the property. The view to the lake was also very pleasant, and it was too bad that wet weather prevented use of the front door patio with the lake view. Better weather would have made the patio a perfect spot to enjoy the lakeview with a glass of wine and some cheese.
Thanks a lot to the host and the staff, they are very friendly and understanding. The studio is cozy and clean with a beautiful view!

Location. Quiet, close to the lake, close to shops and amenities, close to bus stop.
Talloires is the ideal location for a stay on Lake Annecy. Maison du Lac le Studio is small but perfectly situated. The couch you see in photos is a fold out bed. You can cook, but the equipment is limited. Nevertheless, the studio is great value for money. You have direct private access to the lake, and we enjoyed a swim. We contacted M. Dupont about a small problem, and he was very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.
