The location of this property is as good as you will in Chartres. The ease of getting to and from the parking (by European standards) is excellent. And it's a well laid out and comfortable flat. Highly reccommend.

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et idéalement situé.
L'emplacement était parfait, en plein centre-ville idéal pour visiter la ville. Attention toutefois à vérifier au préalable qu'il n'y ait pas d'animation sur la place des Epars c'était le cas pour nous et on peut etre aussi au cœur des festivités. La place de parking est un plus et l'appartement est spacieux, très bien décoré plein de charme.
Très beau logement, charme de l'ancien (beaux parquets,hauteur sous plafond >3metres...) et modernité chic pour la décoration. Très bonne situation. Très calme.
