The location of that flat is great, 2 min walk from the beach, from the supermarket (you can access from the shared garage). The flat is located North, meaning there is no sun, so also a good point when it's very hot outside, however, the living room has a AirCon.
All the necessary stuff were offered: a tablet to do our laundry, for the dish washer.
You also have your own private underground garage
Appartamento attrezzato di tutti i servizi: non mancava assolutamente nulla! Anzi, addirittura completo di detersivi, panni per la pulizia di bagno e cucina. Un piccolo ombrellino e sdraio portatile da spiaggia trovati sul balcone. Appartamento situato in una comoda posizione per servizi : farmacia, supermercato, fruttivendolo, macelleria, bar. Comodissimo e utilissimo ascensore e parcheggio coperto, privato.
Das Apartment ist modern und sauber. Es liegt sehr nahe zum öffentlichem Strand. In der Nähe gibt es Shops. Zum Apartment gibt es noch einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Ein Lift ist auch vorhanden. Die Küche und das Bad ist mit allem ausgestattet. Der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Ottima posizione, appartamento nuovissimo, posto auto riservato molto comodo. Condominio a due passi dalla spiaggia.
Die zentrale Lage, unweit vom Strand und Restaurants, der Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit einer breiten Zufahrt, schöne große Wohnung mit Supermarkt vor der Haustür. Dank auch an Olga, die uns beim Check in empfangen und alles gezeigt hat.
