Michel's apartment was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The location was good, about a 15 minute walk to the Marina area. The walk back to the apartment is up hill - but was no problem for us. It is also in a very secure building so we felt safe at night.
Very comfortable and spacious studio/1-bed apartment, in the calm haven that is the internal courtyard of an apartment-buiding, yet within the city - the outdoor space is a big plus. Recently renovated it seems and well-appointed - there was a very minor issue with some fixtures and fittings but the hosts were very receptive to constructive comments on potential improvements. Very welcoming hosts. Close enough to city-centre so location was perfectly suitable for my purposes - from recollection it was roughly a 15-20 minute walk straight down to the port. A steep walk back up the hill on the way home, but that didn't bother me personally. Good value for money.

Michel ,le propriétaire ,a été très accueillant et conciliant .Nous avons beaucoup apprécié toutes les petites attentions mises à disposition.

Le logement "Côté cour" correspond parfaitement à mes attentes: calme, bien situé, et rénové avec beaucoup de goût, il s'ouvre sur une cour intérieure qui l'isole totalement des bruits de la ville et lui apporte un petit charme supplémentaire grâce à une petite terrasse en rez de chaussée. Je souhaitais arriver à 11h et cela a été possible grâce à la disponibilité et la gentillesse de l'hôte qui m'a accueillie chaleureusement et qui s'est montré soucieux du confort et du bien-être de ses locataires. Je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour à Marseille et je recommande vivement ce logement, bien situé, à 15 mn du Vieux Port à pieds, et proche de commerces et de restaurants sympathiques sur le grand boulevard à côté.

L'accueil, le calme, la propreté, la conformité des photos, tout est parfait.Notre hote a été soucieux que notre séjour se passe au mieux. La terrasse est charmante. Bref nous recommandons cette adresse
