Excellent location, small but cosy property. It’s a walkable distance from promenade and old town. Nice Ville station is at 12 mins walk. Many eating joints are around corner and in evening melodious piano / violins are played and can be heard and seen from property.

Everything seemed brand new and very clean. Comfortable couch, great cable TV channel selection, fully functioning and well-equipped kitchen. Mezzanine, high ceiling, big bed. The linen and towels were fresh, and the bathroom amenities were appreciated. The apartment is right above Messina Square with a great view of the activities below. The window bar has high stools making a memorable night with a glass of wine. Cozy atmosphere, and easy access, right in the center of Nice, close to the beach and restaurants.
