Location excellent, staff always very helpful, rooms adequate in size, bed comfortable

The location is nearly unbeatable if you travel by train being within walking distance of both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. The rooms are quite modern given it is in downtown Paris, certainly much more modern than I expected.
Location was perfect, block from Metro station, felt very safe and the staff was exceptional and very helpful. bathroom was very good size, my only thought was the bedroom was a little small. for one person it was fine, but with two people, it would be very tight, loved having cold water in the fridge every day. No outside noise, very quiet and dark out curtains were very helpful
The room was a bit larger than usual and very quiet. We thank the staff for selecting that room for us.
