La propreté, le lit très confortable avec couette et coussin tres propre. Réactivité du propriétaire.
Le logement est petit ( bien pour 2 personnes)mais confortable, propre et fonctionnel, bien chauffé l'hiver. Pas de nuisances sonores la nuit malgré que l'on soit au rez-de-chaussée et avec vue sur la rue et route passante.Proche des commodités de St Marcellin où vous trouverez toutes sortes de commerces. Idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Hôte très réactif et avenant.
La literie vraiment bien matelas très confortable et l hôte assez rapide pour répondre à toutes questions
