Proximity to the train station as well as other attractions. Not too far from the beach.
I was on foot and it was raining for most of my time that I was there so the location was key with an umbrella which by the way, was very easy to find and purchase.
Also being a solo traveler, the security was key. Three different codes to get into the apartment.

The suite was very modern, clean, and perfectly matched the photos and description. Our host was communicative, even when needing to check in early, which was facilitated through a lock box a few blocks away. Very central location.
The amneties were great and many supermarkets are near the apartment and the center ville train station.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had a clothes washer and drier.
