Het appartement is gelegen op de vierde verdieping van een rustig complex(zonder lift) de inrichting is voorzien van veel luxe apparatuur, zoals een dubbeldeurs koelvriescombinatie, oven, magnetron, inductiekookplaat met afzuiging, een wasdroogcombinatie, grote televisie met geluidsinstallatie. De kleine kachels leveren voldoende warmte op koude dagen. De sleuteloverdracht via een andere bewoner ging soepel. De auto kan op de straat voor het complex worden geparkeerd.
