Un lieu idyllique a 2' du vieux village de Conques. Havre de paix et accueil très sympathique de la famille Roussey et du personnel. Une table remarquable et très créative, que de beaux produits curieusement et savoureusement associés par Emilie et Thomas, betteraves et framboises ou poivrons en dessert, un must. Petit-déjeuner savoureux et entièrement fait maison par deux grands chefs qui méritent leur étoile. Merci !
