Great Location! Great Staff! Forgot my airpod in my room after check-out. Was able to contact the reception to raise this concern and was able to retrieve the lost (and found) item upon my return to Paris. Lots of restaurants in the area and close to Metro Station (Le Peletier).
The hotel is cute! and the location was perfect for us. 10 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette was a plus bright pathway with restaurants and shops along the way so I don't feel unsafe walking around the hotel. Even though the room i booked was a little small but the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is huge. you can open the balcony door and have a little balcony space even if you didn't book the room with balcony. The view from the street side is cute. Perfect stay!
I liked the staff most of all. Very curtious, very helpful, and accommodating. Melanie on the reception went out of her way to help me through a mess up in my booking and made everything feel so seemless.
Location was perfect, at the heart of La Fayette and reachable via metro easily. You can also walk to the very nice tourist attractions. The room was cozy, spacy and clean. And the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a very nice welcoming in our room: some nicely decorated fruits and a postcard to my name.
The room is confortable but most importantly it is very clean. I think the location is very good and the breakfast and service are excellent.
