Nice Studio located in good Aeria

Tram and free parking in Henri Sapa if you take the tram.
Everything easy to reach.
Very nice owners always with good tips.
Friendly neighborhood
Great facilities, owners were very flexible in terms of check-in and leaving the apartment. Also the size of the place was great for three people and reaching the city centre is easy even with walking to the tram. Just an absolute pleasure to stay in, front yard included.
An excellent host. We were contacted before arrival, we received all the information for the location, we were waited for two hours (we apologize for that)...
The location is wonderful, modern, with great facilities.
It has access to the private terrace, which in Nice is fabulous.

Loved the garden space. Great way to chill out. Not far from the tram. Bathroom was brilliant. The hosts were perfect and helped find us when we were lost.
Nice and clean ground floor flat with private garden and dedicated parking. Also access to swimming pool.
