Location, free shuttle bus to the parking, clear instructions from the host, well insulated from outside noise

Phillippe was very helpful and contacted us to check on us. Location perfect for town. Apartment was very good size.

The following is what I look for when booking my accommodations: value for the nightly stay, cooking facilities, location/location/location, cleanliness. I always read all reviews before booking with the mindset that everyone has different expectations. I like to feel like I am a local. I like to have enough space, cook my own meals and feel safe. I felt like a local in this rental and it met all my needs for a comfortable stay. Philippe met me and gave me all the information I needed. Even though we didn't speak the same verbal language we communicated easily. There wasn't anything I would say I didn't like. I wasn't moving in and trying to make it my permanent home even though it reminded me of my first rental as a youngster but with an elevator and I began to think about what I would do if I lived there. That is a positive comment :-)

The apartment was in the middle of town, very conveniently located with lots of stores and restaurants close by. Even though in the middle of town it was very quiet. Very clean apartment and the host Philippe was wonderful. He gave us a lot of information on Colmar, things to do and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved it and would go back again. I can highly recommend this place.

Mr.Philippe is one of the most kind,polite and helpful person I've met. The building is in a very convenient area for me to explore .
