It was the perfect location for our one night stay in London. Easy to find and get around. We traveled with 3 teens and kid, had a family room, worked out well.
I had a great stay at the hotel! It was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The mattresses were a bit firm for my taste, but the breakfast was good. Plus, being right across from the train station made it super convenient. I’d definitely recommend it!

I like a firm mattress and it met my expectations. The location across from Gare du Nord was perfect. The breakfast location was unequal to any other hotel I've ever stayed at.
