The location is very beautiful close to public transportation, and next to a beautiful park so kids can play. everything you need is around you.
The apartment got everything you need literally everything thing. The host is very welcoming and helpful people. They prepared the apartment with a lot of snacks and food to greet us. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience and will always book this apartment when in Paris.
The rooms are small but efficient. The breakfast was a DIY with cereals and other things; that was great for us. We especially liked having cold water, milk, and orange juice in the fridge. We didn’t use the oven but the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were very helpful! There was a shopping center with a grocery store nearby and a lovely park across the street. Great communication from the owner!! We took 14 subway out from the train station and walked about ten minutes to get there - so not bad. We also found several buses were closer and got us where we needed to go (didn’t have to get off but it took a while on the bus).
The location was great, within easy walk to bus and metro links to get around the city. The local area felt totally safe and well kept, so it was nice to walk around there and find places to eat. The apartment was small but really well arranged, so it was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and really quiet. The checkin system was easy, and it was lovely to have water, wine, and snacks provided as we arrived quite late. The owners were really helpful and responded really quickly to any messages; I've never known such kind and responsive owners before!
We had a great time staying with 2 adults and 2 kids in the apartment for 5 nights.
Everything was very clean and we felt very welcome the whole time.
The landlord is super friendly and was available via phone at all times as well.
We were positively surprised by the nice location of the building. Everything is within few minutes walking distance (super market, bakery).
All public transports stop very nearby (bus, metro lines, RER C). It took us less than 40 minutes from Gare d'Est with a single bus line for example.
You reach any 'tourist spot' within 20-40 minutes door to door essentially.
We can highly recommend this place. It could not have been better for us as family.
