Hermoso muy fácil de localizar, además tal cual las fotos, cerca de todo.
Perfekt gelegen, direkt im Zentrum, trotzdem ruhig, sehr nahe zur direkten Zugverbindung von/zum Flughafen.
Gemütlich eingerichtet, auch in der Küche alles da.
Alex ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber.
La posizione è ottima, vicino al Porto e si raggiunge a piedi il centro di Nizza e piazza Garibaldi. L'appartamento è molto grande e spazioso ed è dotato di tutto il necessario (stoviglie, asciugacapelli, condizionatore ecc).
Emplacement idéal mais le stationnement d'une voiture dans Nice reste très onéreux ...
En revanche, aucune nuisance sonore grâce à un double vitrage très efficace.
L'appartement est impeccable et cosy et rien ne manque. Accès à l'immeuble très simple.
