Nice welcome by Tran. Apartment was perfect for us. Everything what’s needed. Very close to beach, Promenade d’ Anglais, grocery store, bakery and a really good restaurant right next door.

Appartment on 3rd floor with elevator was exactly as shown on the Booking page fotos and all was as expected. Host Tran exceeded our expectations - his hospitality and recomendations were invaluable. Great location - from Nice airport just 15EUR on Uber or you can use tram instead. Appartment has 2 rooms with bed and sofabed, fully equipped kitchen and beautiful sea view from the windows and large balcony. Rooms and kitchen equipment has all you need or you can buy any other stuff in the Carrefour or U markets just 10 mins walk. Excellent croissants in the morning can be purchased in creperie downstairs or in boulangerie just arond the corner. Public beach and famous promenade are around the corner across the road. Train stop is just beside the entrance and it takes 1.7EUR and 10 mins to get to the center or you can take 25 mins of really pleasant walk.

The location is so good that the tram is right in front of the apartment and can take you to old town Nice and airport so easy, no transfer even needed!

Absolutely everything. In apartment we had everything what we needed for our stay. Terrace was partially overlooking on see and beach and was really spacious. Host even prepared chairs and sunshade for us to use on beach. Superb location! You are located 50m from beach, in front of building's entry you have tram station, but also bikes to rent (highly recommend it to do on promenade). Host was really great, help us with direction, where to go around and in Nice and even left some drinks in fridge for us. Parking is near by, some 50m away, underground, and wide enough for SUV. Next time I come to Nice, I'll first check if this apartment is available!
