Great location, close proximity to everything you need! Clean & comfortable, just the right size!
Very well situated, close to many local bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from the metro, and not too far from the centre of Paris. There is a bakery and a Franprix grocery store 2 minutes walking distance. The neighborhood is safe, quite hipstery. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, allowed us to check-in earlier and waited for us although we were a bit late. The apartment was clean although it had a weird smell but I guess it's from the cleaning materials they use. The common areas are old, but that's the same for all Paris buildings.
The apartment wase clean and cozy. The location is very good.
