Overall quality of the appartment, its style and how close it is to a nice little beach. Walking distance to several restaurants, grocery store, etc
Great location and facilties. Very clean. Better equipped than home. Water and wine waiting for us in the fridge.

Neighbours were quiet and helpful when the communal facilities were not obvious.
The appartment is superb: It has everything you need (even a plancha and raclette).
All was clean and there was space enough for a big family (2 bedrooms and 2 baths).
It's near the beach, you only have to cross over the street and it has a very nice garden/"terasse" outside.
