We liked the helpful staff. They were very pleasant and helped us navigate the city even helped us get our phone back that we left in an Uber! Very nice and accommodating staff!
The staff was absolutely wonderful, very friendly, polite and above all quite helpful. Asked me about my stay, if I needed anything, or if the loud music that came from the neighboring side has affected my sleep quality or botherd me at all. They kept my luggage at their locker after I checked out for a couple of hours! And as the gentlemen left his shift, he wished me safe travels! Wonderful!
Excellent central location next to Champs-Elysees. Close to dining, shopping, metro, etc. Rooms come with a Nespresso coffee machine, which is a big plus for us, and a daily supply of complimentary drinking water and coffee. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The location and staff! Great hotel if you are looking for a perfect location. It's in a side steet of the Champs Elysees Ave. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. The only thing was that the elevator was small but it's ok.
