Location, there was an issue with water in the building for our first night - the owner contacted us before arrival and had arranged somewhere else for us to stay the first night while repairs were being done, then moved our luggage to the property the next day. We were very grateful and impressed with her help. The property itself is exactly as advised. It's a great location, easy walking distance and so cheap for a 3 bedroom place. It's not luxury but it also doesn't have a luxury price tag.
The central location was fantastic and to get into the apartment there were no flights of stairs! Narrow stairs to get to two of the bedrooms, but otherwise it was really fantastic.
