Friendly staff, convenient location, best baguette at nearby cafe, and a safe neighbourhood despite the reviews in other forums.
The location is good and the residence was clean and comfortable.
The location is a 10 to 15-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin station, and approximately also a 10 to 15-minute tram ride from the Nice airport. The building is modern on the outside, and the facilities are clean. We are genuinely surprised when we see a full kitchen in our room with clean cooking utensils provided. The bed is comfy, the room and bathroom are spacious, and the TV has some great channels with movies to spend the night. Considering such a low price, this is a bargain.
Rooms and facilities very nice. Much more than you would expect for the price.
