The staff are magnificent. I've never had such quick, informative and helpful communications. The welcome kit during a personal check-in was the first indicator of how well organized and efficient the company is at managing properties and making guests feel welcome. Location was perfect. Property was exactly what we were looking for.
Beds were very comfortable, apartment was spacious, kitchen was new with large fridge and all accessories, location was excellent, short walk from all the sites in Colmar. Host gave us a starter package including dish soap, dishwasher and clothes washer tabs. Building has an elevator.
the host was great! Our train was quite late getting in. We kept him posted, and he met us at the flat at 23:30. The location is wonderful! You walk out the door and are in the charming downtown of Colmar. Two bakeries are within feet, so breakfast, coffee, or treats are close by. We would love to come back again!

The best apartment in Colmar with great location for exploring sity. The host was helpful and super friendly , we had excellent communication.The apartment was really spacious , with large sitting area and well-equipped kitchenette. Very clean. Thank you so much, Franck ,for the comfortable stay. We had an amazing trip and we are definately going to come back !!
