Perfect Appartement with great A/C and really anything in you need. Wonderful Balcony with sun only in the Morning and Evening, which works perfect for August in Nice. Only 200 m away a big Supermarkt with fresh fish, chesse what ever you want to have fun cooking in the perfect equiped kitchen.

Close to shops, restaurants, beach, trains and trams, literally everything on the doorstep! Lovely comfortable 4th floor accommodation with lifts and sunny terrace.
