The flat is in absolute perfect location, as described and very well maintained. Bed for one person was more than confortable. All equipment (I have not checked washing machine though ) was in perfect order and enough kitchen things for single person (love the glasses for wine!). The location is perfect for both Paris around (metros stations are just stone throu away) and for living - shops and restaurants - it is great area to feel Paris. It was overall very nice and pleasant stay - just good for single traveler (as the flat is indeed very small!).

Great location beside the metro and loads of bakeries, bars, shops, etc. Very quiet at night.
Compact space but had all amenities needed, e.g. washing machine, kitchenette, coffee maker, fridge, etc.
