The bed was super comfy and BIG. Actually, the three of us slept on the same bed, there was no need to use the one upstairs.
The host was kind in responding to our needs.
Even when it's not near the city center the location was good because the tram station is only 2 blocks away and the Metro station only 6ish blocks away.

The position and the warm enviroment of the apartment; the shrewdness of the bottle of wine and the water in the room. Alex is available to help for everything.
The host was welcoming and attentive. We received detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment without asking, which made the check-in easier. The apartment itself is small but enough for the stay in Paris- we were outside sightseeing most of the time anyway. There were towels, tea, coffee, and even umbrellas! Lastly, the place had a heater and we were warm in winter.
The place is tiny but absolutely lovely, and there’s everything you might need.
The location is great, 2 minutes walk from the metro.
Overall great value for money!
Also, the host is really welcoming and helpful.
I would definitely recommend staying here and I’ll go back myself if I’m ever in Paris again.
