My stay at this apartment was wonderful. There were four of us, and we all settled in comfortably. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. On cooler days, we could use the heating, which was very convenient. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with all the necessary items. The apartment felt very cozy and welcoming. The host sent us detailed instructions in advance, so we had no questions upon arrival. There is a grocery store and a bakery nearby, and the location is very convenient, with a metro station and bus stops within walking distance. I can sincerely recommend this accommodation and would definitely choose it again for my next visit to Paris.

The property was as shown in the pictures, chic and modern. The property is very clean and was 5 minute walk from the train station.

The apartment was very clean. The size suited our needs for a family of 4. With easy abd direct transport links to Paris. The owner is very easy to get hold, responding very quickly and was helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again.

The price-quality ratio for staying in Paris is very good at this property. The commute to the city center is very convenient - you can reach all the attractions without changing transportation modes (taxis are also relatively inexpensive). We were warned that this area of Paris (the 13th district) is not safe, but we did not notice any dangers, and our stay was very peaceful. We had no trouble buying groceries at local stores. The owner of the apartment called us herself to make sure everything was okay. This indicates that if we needed any help, it would likely have been provided.
