The owners are kind and easy to talk with.. answer question nicely the place is clean and quite and the pool is nice my kids enjoyed it
very good location. Close to the coast as well as shopping area. The area was quiet and safe. Private parking space was available in front of building. The room was clean and comfortable.
Everything was working and in order. The bed was comfortable and also the pillows.
The host is really nice and helpful. He left surprises for us and gave us the better croissants and pain au chocolat that we ever eat!

location good if you want to visit Nice by car, parking right in front of the apartment, you will find in the apartment all you might need for your stay, swimming pool is a nice bonus, short walk from small beach and port
