Location was great, short walk to the "Darcy" area which had a nice park and many eateries. There were some cafes even closer for breakfast in the morning. Very nice old buildings and narrow alleys in the area. I was concerned about the heat on the top floor in summer, especially while climbing the stairs, but the attic apartment was very pleasant even before turning on the air conditioning, this was one of four hotels/apartments we used during this trip and easily my favorite. It was cozy, nice sized shower, and best AC out of the 2 that had it. The sofa was showing it's age, but as a bed it was very comfortable, surprisingly so. Be aware there are lots of stairs to get up there and no elevator. Not a problem for us but an item of note. Parking it on site and plenty of room for a full-size SUV, just drive through the gate slow and careful.

It's a nicely furnished single-room attic, at walking distance from the historical center. The room accessories (tv, wi-fi hub, washing machine) are modern and of good quality. It was overall perceivable the care of the host.
