Très bon emplacement, à 10 minutes à pied du lac.
Appartement très agréable, fidèle à la description avec de nombreuses fournitures (papier toilette, gel douche, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, nombreux livres...). Très agréable d'avoir 3 chambres quand les enfants deviennent des ados.
Nombreuses brochures à disposition.
Les hôtes envoient des infos au fur et à mesure du séjour, par exemple pour prévenir de la tenue du marché hebdo, donc attention à déplacer la voiture.
Salle de bain moderne et fonctionnelle avec grande douche.
Pour nous un autre plus : borne de recharge pour voiture électrique Eborn à 10 minutes à pied.
L' emplacement de l appartement Annecy centre à pieds. Quartier et résidence calme.

Un appartement spacieux pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, très bien situé, dans un quartier très calme.
Un très bon équipement et le parking gratuit assuré.
Literie confortable, télévision avec box, Wi-Fi.
Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Bon parking, quartier résidentiel très calme à quelques pas du lac mais un peu à l'écart du centre-ville. Le marché local du mercredi matin est très sympa.
