Appartement très bien équipé avec notamment un four, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge et l'essentiel de la vaisselle.
Vue sur la mer depuis le balcon (même si indirecte et très limitée).
Place de parking privative au pied de l'immeuble très utile.
Très bon emplacement de l'appartement à deux pas du centre, de la plage, et du port qui amène vers les îles aux alentours.
