Good communication with host.

The place was clean, the location was perfect and the instructions given to find the place were clear. The host was very friendly and respond immediately to any help/ request we had.
The apartment is superbly located within walking distance of the old town, the station and everything that you need in Nice. Free car parking nearby was essential. Communication with the host, before, during and afterwards was extremely helpful and friendly.
The location was very good, also the host is very nice and responsible.
I liked the fact that the renter was always contactable... even with advice on where to shop for a travel plug as I needed one. I like the fact that we were able to do a very early check-in as it was a cold day in Nice, and the renter contacted me offering an early check-in. That felt good.
