Very spacious, with comfortable sofa beds. Well-equipped kitchen with seasonings. Tom was a great host, providing very detailed checkin instructions, and was quite responsive during our stay. Has a washing machine. The location is a bit of commute to the major sightseeing spots, but there are nearby bus stops as well as metro and RER.

We loved so many things about this place! It’s incredibly clean, which was a huge plus. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and cooker, made it perfect for those traveling on a budget and wanting to avoid eating out too often. They also offer laundry facilities with free laundry soap, which is so convenient! The free toiletries and snacks were a nice touch. Tom, the owner, was super responsive and made everything so easy. The check-in process was flawless. I would definitely recommend this place to our friends and would love to stay here again!

Location was very good and the mother of the owner could not have been more helpful. The apartment was very clean and homely and had all the necessary items to ensure a pleasant stay.

Location was lovely and very easy to get around. Close to the Olympic village and Stade de France and Metro 14. Nice cafes and close to shops. The flat had everything we needed for family of 4 of us. First floor, little balcony, well-equipped kitchen and good shower. It was a masterclass in use of space and well thought out storage spaces, hooks, pegs and all makes a difference. Perfect for a mini break.

Excellent host with great communication! Tom had a lovely welcome basket for us with breakfast goodies and milk in the fridge. Good location close to restaurants, public transport and supermarkets. It was easy to travel into the centre of Paris on the bus and the metro. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen. We found the space big enough for a family of four if using the space for eating and sleeping. Comfortable beds. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
