The appartment is super situated and has all you need. Menton is so nice in spring. We enjoyed the markets, the nice restaurants, went hiking in the mountains and stayed at the beatiful beach. Super nice hollidays!! We can highly recommond to stay in the appartment for a couple of days.

Very profesional owner, who helped with all my requests. Perfect location - right in the old town and 2mins from the beach. Very good and stable wifi that I used for work. Coffee machine, dishes, hairdryer, iron, cleaners, etc. - everything you may need.

Very nice studio in great location. Everything was as presented in description on Booking and yes, there are 10 narrow and high steps leading to the apartment (as mentioned in reviews 100 times). Definitely not for people with limited mobility. The beach is just across the road, you are in Old city, bunch of shops and restaurants around, studio is small, clean and very well organised, self-check-in/check-out, owner is fast and attentive to all requests. Honestly, what else?

Location in the old town is very comfortable for exploring the neighborhood. The nearest beach "Plage des Sablettes" is just 3 minutes away, for the direct path to the train station you can use the tunnel nearby under the hill. Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all amenities, even a washing machine. Communication with the host was quick and easy.
