Wonderful location close to everything. Great host and answer questions promptly. Very accommodating host.
Everything was perfect for a family trip. 40m of Marcel Sembat metro station (you can buy metro tickets here) . A very good bakery is located to 50m, a lot of restaurants and fast food locals, supermarkets, pharmacy. In general, all what we need for spent a very good time in Paris. Safe and clean area, and the host was very kind and attentive.
