Very handy to town. Swimming pool and friendly staff.

The residence is very well located. It's in a quiet area surrounded by trees and with private parking. It's only a 10-minute walk from Pont Aven, which is a lovely town with plenty of shops and restaurants. If you have mobility difficulties, the walk involves about 90 steps, but there is a slightly longer route by road. The staff are very helpful and you can talk in English, if you prefer. However, pay attention to the reception opening hours because they are limited. Our apartment was very clean and quiet.

Quiet location, 10 minute walk from centre of town. Good sized room. Excellent room facilities. Comfortable bed. Good staff. Good car park, although exit gate was closed at time of my stay - possibly temporarily.

Impressed with the size of the 2-bedroom apartment: in fact a decent-sized end-of-terrace house in a smart development of 20 or so alongside the smartly presented main hotel. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and bedroom, and two bathrooms! Very good value for money, and whilst the drive up the hill from town is a little complex, the walk down the steep steps is straightforward.
