1. Very nice and helpful host. Very good and quick contact in english. 2. Easy, automatic check-in. 3. Location! Quick access to the beach and an excellent base for trips to other cities on the cote d'azur. 4. View from the window onto the beach. 5. Very large parking, lots of free spaces. 6. Fast Wi-Fi. 7. Pool - HUGE, open almost 11 hours. 8. Safe neighborhood, even after dark. 9. Clean room, everything is in what you want. There's even a washing machine!

Communication with the host was excellent. We received easy to follow instructions on getting to the property and into the suite. The pool and surrounding grounds were wonderful. View from the balcony over the pool to the ocean was spectacular. Loved sitting in the morning looking out and enjoying breakfast. The kitchen was well appointed which was very helpful. Also the pictures of the suite are good representations of the space and the view which is appreciated.

Fantastic view of the sea and pool, the pool was absolutely amazing, the apartment has everything you need, only 10 minutes walk to the beach, parking was included, communication with the host was great. If we are back in Cannes again, we will definitely come back here!

The view is perfect. Apartment has everything you need! 15minute walk to the beach & restaurants. The owner is extremely helpful & welcoming. We will definitely be coming back :)

Awesome view, flat is not bit but include everything!!! I wonna live here. I never seen before such comfortable and elaborate flat for rend. Owner was very polite and helped us. Balcony is the best!
