The location was exceptional, just around the corner from the Eiffel Tower and a short walk to 3 metro stations. Pharmacy, convenience stores and restaurants/cafes all over the neighborhood.

Good location. Just fyi it’s a single bunk bed high up so you must either be a monkey or have them move the mattress onto the very limited floor space.

3-near many restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets.

4-near Eiffel Tower (200 Meter) and Seine river ( 300 meters).

5-The amount is equal to benefit the you gain.
