De ligging is fantastisch, zowel het uitzicht als de afstand naar het centrum van Le Grau du Roi (een tien minuten lopen). Restaurants en fietsverhuur is de buurt. Prive parking is erg prettig.
De ontvangst was allervriendelijkst. Het appartement zelf is comfortabel en goed verzorgd.
