It is located in a perfect location. Pool facility with an amazing Nice view is perfect.
Kitchen staff is ok for 3 pax.

Beautiful location and view of the water. Pool was nice and sunny area on the deck overlooking the ocean :) place was nice and clean and had everything we needed!
Loved the location, very responsive host. Host extremely accommodating and made sure all facilities in tact and extra needs met (blender on request). We were on promenade des anglais but felt quiet as view was on a side street turned on to neighbours balconies. Swimming pool on rooftop was perfect for hot days and proximity allowed us to hit the beach early before the crowds. Tram takes you right to the airport.
