The apartment overall was amazing and the best place we've stayed at on our trip. The main selling point is the location right on the Promenade and the balcony overlooking it all. The bonus was all of the other amenities in the apartment that were well kept and very comfortable. Enjoy sitting out on the balcony watching the planes come through on approach and the seagulls that zip by right above. If you are wavering on this choice, don't. It is fantastic.

This property was simply amazing! Right on Promenade des Anglaise, the view was fantastic! My daughters would just sit on the balcony for hours watching things go by. The property was very clean and tastefully decorated. It had all the amenities that one needed. We just loved our stay!

Top notch apartment in an outstanding location. Very clean and well equipped. The view from the patio was amazing and the awning provided wonderful shade. The air conditioning was so nice in all rooms. Very comfortable!

Lovely property, convenient to the beach. Easy to get a taxi to any are of Nice. Balcony from every room. Air- conditioning was great as well as the shutters to keep the apartment cool

Lovely flat in an amazing location! Really easy to access from the airport (direct tram line). The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the flat had everything we needed!
