Appartement hyper-calme, très confortable et avec beaucoup d'espace, bien situé car proche du centre de Bordeaux (quasiment tout fait à pied) tout en n'y étant pas vraiment d'où le calme exceptionnel. Hôte pas vu mais hyper-réceptif à toute question (à chaque message envoyé la réponse est venue dans les minutes qui suivaient). Beaucoup d'équipements, je n'en ai utilisé qu'une partie, à remarquer certains qui ne sont pas sur le descriptif comme pour faire du café, il y a à la fois un appareil à dosettes et une grande cafetière piston (non utilisés car ai bu du thé uniquement le matin).
Un appartement calme au 3ème étage , donnant sur une cour, proche effectivement du centre-ville, proposant une pièce spacieuse avec de vastes placards, une salle de bain rénovée - seul bémol, la baignoire dont le fond n'est pas plat, un coin kitchenette - sans micro-onde - mais un équipement très complet (bouilloire, machine à café, fer à repasser) est disponible.
