- The location is great. It's just 5mins away from the train station. Thanks to the location we didn't miss any trains, even though I was with a slow boyfriend. 😅
- It's a studio room with a kitchen. It's a perfect room, one that I'd have rented long term if I were to settle there.

La proximité de la gare et du centre ville. Pas très éloigné de certains monuments ( Tour Perret, cathédrale, maison de Jules Verne, parc St Pierre et les hortillonnages) ceci de 10 mn à 35 mn à pied selon le lieu. A 300m, il y a un grand complexe cinéma que j'ai profité car très mauvais temps. Possibilité de se restaurer pour un prix modique proche de l'appartement. C'est intéressant la veille du départ par exemple.
Studio très fonctionnel,propre et jolie.idéalement situé.Propriétaire très sympathique.finalement facile pour se garer.
