L'emplacement de la maison , très proche de l'hyper centre et des rues de très belles maisons.

L'aménagement intérieur de l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et équipé, même au niveau vaisselle et équipements de cuisine pour un minimum de cuisine.
