There is a well maintained elevator, the apartment was very clean, quiet for such a busy location. Nearby there is a supermarket and a bakery, at the doorstep a very nice park. The area feels very safe and family friendly, with convenient transport connections. I personally found the apartment spacios after staying in other hotels in Paris.

The location is just perfect - safe and close to the main attractions (Notr Dame Cathedral, Louvre , D’Orsay ), wonderful park (Jardin de Plantes) is just in front of the building and a great amount of cafes , restaurants. The apartment is very clean, the bed is super comfortable and there are all of the facilities to enjoy your stay.
The only thing we missed is a mirror in the room.

The position is perfect, a lot of good restaurants just downstairs. And several metro lines entrances (5, 10, RER) just within one-minute walk and can access to most sightseeings easily. The apartment is cosy, clean and safe. Love the design!
The apparent was everything we needed to stay in Paris. I highly recommend this rental property. I would definitely stay there again.
