The responsiveness of the owner is TOP , super friendly , super flexible . I was going through a HUGE problem (lost passport , credit cards and phone ) and he was nothing like any of the French people I met , he was empathetic and really really tried to make sure our stay with him would make my nightmare problem less stressful
The host is very gentle and available whenever you need. The location is amazing with walking distance to the beach and to the old town. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.The breakfast was really nice, nothing to complain. The appartment is complete and offer all you need for a good stay in Nice.

L'emplacement et le calme de l'appartement
L’emplacement est excellent au cœur de Nice dans un quartier très vivant. L’appartement est bien équipé et le contact pour les Check In et Check out très facile. L’existence d’un petit déjeuner dans un restaurant à deux pas du logement est un vrai plus. La climatisation fonctionne très bien.
