The location was great and the studio had very nice facilities like airconditioning and a small kitchen. The owner was very kind.
location is amazing, 2 minutes from Promenade des Anglais and Ruhl Plage, close to all the restaurants, stores and walking distance of the train station, place Masséna and Nice Old Town. The studio has a great washroom/shower and a washing machine, which is great after long days at the beach !
Great location !! Apartment was small and basic but all you need. Location made up for it.
The location was fabulous! That really made our stay - main strip of restaurants on one side and the beach on the other.
location is great. easy access to and from airport on the No 12 bus which stops on the prom. secure, clean and modern studio with good facilities.
